Can I use my NDIS plan for your services?
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider and work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans. We'll check what your plan covers on our first call.
I'm not on the NDIS yet. Can you help me apply?
Yes. We can talk you through who is eligible and help you gather the information and evidence your access request needs. You or your family send the request to the NDIA, and the NDIA decides who is eligible. Choose “Help applying for the NDIS” in the form to get started.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No. You can contact us directly. If you have a support coordinator or plan manager, they can also send us a referral on your behalf.
Which areas do you cover?
We support participants across Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, from our base in Springfield Central. Call us to check your suburb.
How quickly can support start?
It depends on the support you need and where you live. We'll tell you our current availability on your first call.
