How we cover a large area
Most of our support happens in people's homes and out in the community, so what matters is whether a worker can reach you reliably. When you enquire, we look at where you live, the times you need support and how you like to get around, then match you with a worker who can be there consistently. Under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements some provider travel can be claimed, and we'll always explain any travel costs before support starts. Not sure if we cover your suburb? Call 0403 828 422.
Ipswich and Springfield
This is home for our team, based in Springfield Central. Support here often mixes everyday help at home with getting out locally, using the Springfield and Ipswich train lines, the parklands around Springfield and the shops and libraries in the Ipswich centre. It's also where we can usually be most flexible with times. See support work.
Brisbane north and south
Across Brisbane we support people at home and to get out to the city's busways, train lines, pools, libraries and community centres. Brisbane's size means travel time matters, so we plan rosters around your area and keep the same small team visiting where possible. See community access.
Logan
In Logan we help people with daily living and getting around a large, spread-out area, including learning to use the Beenleigh train line and local buses. Many families here juggle work and caring, so respite and regular support at set times are common requests.
Redlands
The Redlands is quieter and spread out along the bay, with the Cleveland train line connecting it to Brisbane. Support often focuses on routines at home and outings that make the most of the foreshore and local clubs. If you live on one of the bay islands, call us first so we can check what we can offer.
Gold Coast north, central and south
From the northern suburbs to the southern beaches, the Gold Coast is a long strip, so we look at which part you're in and match you with a worker nearby. The light rail through the central Gold Coast is a common place to build travel skills. See SIL and SDA if you're thinking about home and living options. More about NDIS support on the Gold Coast.
Moving between regions
If you're moving house, or you spend time in two places, such as a family home and a share house, tell us early. We can often keep the same team across a move within the regions we cover, and where that isn't practical we'll introduce your new worker before support changes, so nothing is left to chance.
